conservation catalyst

At the core of who I am, I believe that each one of us can make a difference in the world. I've never lasted long in "meaningless" jobs, I've felt driven and a deep ache in me since a child to doing things that mattered. From volunteering in middle school and high school to going on mission trips and volunteer spring break trips in college and ultimately working for organizations like outward bound and being a public school teacher. I need to ways to create a ripple. So when it came to envisioning a business I knew that giving back and building a foundation of conservation ethics was a must. Ways that we are currently do this include monthly donations to a specific cause through our "Monthly Mapp" (read more here) as well as partnering with Shop for Good. This is allows you to round up your order to donate to an organization such as the Nature Conservancy.
